Technology is a Romanian LLC incorporated
in 1996, having the main business focus on
the IT and digital communications fields.
Our mission is to promote exclusively high
quality services and products that insure
customers' satisfaction on short term but
also on the long run. We intend to insure
total transparency towards our customers on
all operations, and to make all information
of interest available via our web site. Customers
can consult detailed information regarding
their product orders, service events, special
promotions, and more on our site.
Our activity includes information technology
(IT) projects, software solution implementations
in fields like office activity optimisation
and internet communications, high quality
company networks cabling, IT equipment maintenance
and repair, network design, provision of equipment,
and implementation.
Recently we become dealers of Compaq and Hewlett
Packard full range of products. The equipment
we can now offer includes workstations, servers,
portables, networking equipment, printers,
handheld an palmtops from those suppliers,
as well as a full line of equipment from other
suppliers such as CISCO Systems, Bay Networks,
and others. We are also offering integrated
solutions with branded equipment and industry
standard software solutions.
Our observation shows that much of the
unsatisfaction and lack of insurance in
the abilities and quality of service of
a provider comes, on the customer side,
from the lack of communication and lack
of real time information of ongoing operations.
To illustrate this, a customer that has
a broken piece of equipment which is serviced
by the provider of that equipment, will
more easily become nervous and unsatisfied
with provider's service if he is not updated
with details like: your equipment has part
x faulty, your equipment is expecting the
replacement part on date ..., etc. Experience
shows that the (un)satisfaction of the customer
is a week function of the duration of the
event, but is strongly influenced by the
quality of the communication with the provider.
However, we pride ourselves also with the
short response time and the speed we have
when solving customer problems or requests.
We have a young and well-trained team ready
to meet the highest expectations. We invest
a lot in training and have an internal experience
sharing forum for enhancing our knowledge
by learning from each other and thus enhancing
our ability to serve our customers in the
best possible way. We also try to implement
the newest technologies into our ongoing
activity and as a result we keep operations
cost to a minimum, while maximising the
quality of services towards the customers.
This way we are able to offer better services
at a lower cost for the beneficiaries, with
all quality standards intact.
We strongly believe, that our way of working
represents the future, that there is demand
now, in Romania, for high quality and professional
services and products, and that we are at
the top of the new wave of proficiency resented
at present in our IT market.
